This blog is an outlet. We are preparing for the heart-wrenching moment of saying goodbye to our family home. This blog is for us to share our stories and memories and special moments about the house on Maple Street that became our home and as much a part of our family as any breathing being. Most of the time, it was so full of people that the walls pulsed with life, and that’s how we want to remember it.

Sabrina: I was almost 9 year old when we moved into this house. One of the best things about it was having my own room. As the middle child, this didn’t happen often. I moved out at 18 and took up residence in the college dorms. I’ve moved around a lot since then, yet, somehow I always ended up going home, even if it was only for a few days or a couple of months.
